Dynamic PDFs - first release

Boaters' Guide to London

First page is a text file (albeit set by the script): everything else is database-generated. London will be joined by the rest of the waterways in the next couple of months, and there are plenty of design improvements I've got planned.

But for now, I'm going back to the Flash mapping...
